Kindly read carefully, below mentioned are our terms and policies which apply to all clients and vendors working with Sales Streak
Only the person who shows interest and gives consent will be considered as lead. The lead details will include personal details name, address and contact information. The other provided information will be campaign specific.
Sales Streak is liable for generating the legitimate leads and will not be responsible for closing those leads.
If a person has given consent over the call to Sales Streak agent and later changes the mind, it will still be considered as legitimate lead as it has been forwarded afer person consent and willingness.
Cold lead may be contacted within 72 hours of hours of its provision. If person does not responds after 72 hours Sales Streak will not be liable for it.
Sales Streak provides exclusive leads, no same prospect is approached again within next 60 days of first contact for that particular campaign. However this rule does not apply if prospect is approached for a different campaign.
Call recordings will be provided for cold/ callback leads.
For live transfer calls recordings can be provided on request. Provision of call recordings for live transfers will not be compulsory but company can provide where it deems fit.
Recording links will be valid for 60 days and can be removed anytime after 60 days.
Refund or replacement can be claimed if any lead or transfer does not full fill any of condition mentioned in point 1.
Refund or replacement claim shall be made within 72 hours of its delivery, if this claim is made after 72 hours it can be outrightly rejected by the company.
Company can request to increase or change an order area if there is not much population and prospects to fullfill the order. If no additional area is provided the order may need to be canceled. Refund can be made in this particular case for remaining leads.
Any communication with the company may take 24 to 72 hours to process the request.
